New 2023 Pinot gris now available

Cool climate, freshness & elegance matched with generosity and voluptuous fruit. This wine will continue to reveal a richer, oily texture associated with barrel fermented Pinot Gris. All the grapes for our pinot gris are handpicked and this wine is made using the same methods of our quality Chardonnays. There are few wines that can handle Asian herbs and spices such as ginger, lemongrass, chilli or coriander however Mornington Pinot Gris is the perfect accompaniment.
